16 foods to avoid in cancer prevention

Cancer has become a disease that has worried many people. In recent years more than 1.5 million people have been diagnosed with some form of cancer. Probably you have not stopped to think that their food may be prevention for this serious disease.

My personal conclusion is that the best way to a healthier life is to consume a diet as natural as possible and always in moderate amounts.

Many foods we eat every day have carcinogens, check it out:

  1. Microwave Popcorn

Microwave popcorn is so practical and just not worrying about the material used to produce it. 9. Highly processed foods like flour and sugar

10. GM Food

They are genetically modified foods. Were modified in the laboratory, by changing the nature of the seeds, a mutation between, for example, soybean and bacteria. 11. Sugar and more sugar

All very delicious, but deadly. As already mentioned cancer tumors get fed by sugar. So they can grow freely. This concentration of sugar in our body is due mainly to the most popular and processed foods. The high concentration of sugars may help explain why cancer grows so much between us.

12. Artificial Sweeteners

Nothing more, nothing less than a chemical. As we have seen, everything is handled just bringing harm to our body.·         Some studies have proven that long term use of aspartame favors even weight gain. If you overload your body with these sweeteners can cause allergies and even tumors.

13. Diet Products

There you are worried about your health, but end up buying products that is already ready and justifies his eating because the packaging is written that is free of fats and sugar. Big mistake. Always remember that artificial food is always a mistake. As mentioned above, sweetener does well. Make a diet with natural foods.

15. Red meat

You don’t need to despair. Consumption in small amounts do bring benefits in the fight against cancer. The source of the meat is essential! The problem lies in daily consumption too. In large amounts, it increases the risk of breast, prostate and colon cancer; especially if the animals were not grass fed. Keep an eye on your plate and consume sporadically.

16. Soft drinks and similar beverages

Besides the high sugar concentration, such drinks are loaded with chemicals to ensure the taste and corrode you inside. The high levels of sugar and other ingredients contribute to inflammation of the esophagus.
